About Coach Deja
Coach Deja hails from Dayton, OH, and has been passionate about soccer since she was just 5 years old. Her journey in the sport began with club soccer at age 8 with CUSA and CUP, followed by participation in the Olympic Development Program (ODP) on several state teams. Coach Deja honed her skills at Centerville High School before completing her soccer career at Eastern Kentucky University with 2 All-OVC Second Team Honors.
Throughout her career, Coach Deja demonstrated remarkable versatility by playing every position on the field. She was fortunate to have a wide array of coaches who recognized her potential and supported her growth. Despite facing adversity and challenges, her unwavering dedication to the sport never wavered. Her love for soccer drives her to give back to the sport that has given her so much.
Since concluding her college career, Coach Deja has transitioned into coaching, working with various recreation and select club organizations. She is dedicated to providing personalized training sessions tailored to the unique needs of youth soccer players. Coach Deja offers both one-on-one and small group sessions.

Absolutely. We incorporate exercises and routines designed to prevent injuries and aid in recovery. If you’re dealing with a specific injury, please let us know so we can incorporate some injury prevention or strength training into the warm-up.
